I've cleaned up my bike after a couple months.

It's been too busy to wash my bike.

It doesn't take long.

Taking off the chain, soak in a kerosene, spraying degreaser on the cassette sprocket and chain wheel. washing the flame and wheels with detergent. drying. that's it!

took 15 min.

Refreshed!!

SUNDAY HILL RIDE 04/04/10

イースターホリデーのためか今日のサンデーライドは少人数。

アドバンスドは９名のみ。

いつも来ている女の子とかもいないし、

一人だけ遅いと嫌だなって思っていたら

そんなに早くないマイケルがいたのでとりあえず

一安心。

もう一人サーベロに乗った人が僕よりちょっと早い程度なので

今日はマイケルとこの人について行くことに、

それにしても俺上り遅すぎ。
